In missions, every trade and talent is needed and of great value. God takes what’s in our hands and uses it for His glory. Teen Missions Int’l Australia welcomes professionals in their trade and those willing and eager to learn new skills. We welcome volunteers of all ages: singles and families, old and young, there is something for everyone. Volunteers can serve for one week, one year, or a lifetime.
Teen Missions Int’l Australia provides housing and great fellowship alongside staff and other volunteers. Our team is united in our love for Jesus, our desire to serve Him wholeheartedly, and in our passion to equip the next generation to boldly proclaim salvation in Christ alone.

Maintenance Support Volunteer
As a valued volunteer at TMIA, your dedication to onsite maintenance will empower the base coordinators and program coordinators to focus on their core responsibilities. By ensuring the upkeep and development of our property, we guarantee the continued growth of our ministry, providing future generations with the opportunity to experience the valuable programs we offer. At Teen Missions, our aim is to deliver specific training, foster deep cultural understanding, and cultivate a continuous attitude of humility and receptiveness to learning on the field. These experiences enable teenagers and leaders to gain fresh perspectives on the world, themselves, and their connection with God. Your commitment and willingness to be part of our mission facilitates this long-term impact for both individuals and communities.
Finance Support Volunteer
As a volunteer at TMIA, your dedication to handling finances will support the base coordinators and program coordinators in effectively fulfilling their roles. To foster the growth of our ministry, it is crucial that we enhance our financial systems by streamlining our processes. At Teen Missions, we are committed to providing specific training, promoting deep cultural understanding, and fostering an ongoing posture of humility and teachability in the field. These experiences enable teenagers and leaders to gain new perspectives on the world, themselves, and their relationship with God. Your contributions and willingness to be part of our mission enable us to have a long-term impact on both individuals and communities, while also ensuring that we maintain the necessary legal standards for our organisational finances.

Summer Team Program
Become A Team Leader
Join us this summer as you share the love of Jesus, both practically and spiritually. We desire to see the Church come alive, awakened in faith, and ready to serve the Lord. Young people with a mission vision are vital to the future of the Church here in Australia and throughout the world. With 3.2 billion unreached peoples spread worldwide - and even in our nation - the Great Commission is far from fulfilled. Tomorrow’s missionaries can change the tide of our dwindling Church, boldly proclaiming the Gospel to all nations. Doesn’t the idea of youth excited about their faith excite you? Picture teens reaching out with confidence to show God’s love to their neighbour, dedicating their lives to Jesus and following Him wherever He leads, sharing freely what they realise God has freely given to them… perhaps, this summer, it will be the first time they understand God’s love for themselves, and want to share this with the world. One summer can change a young person’s life forever. You might have seen this within yourself or someone else who has been a part of a Teen Missions team.
Volunteer At Boot Camp or Debrief
Help us equip and prepare youth to go out and share the love of God this summer! Be a part of a team of volunteers who desire to see the next generation of believers training up and excited about their own faith that they want to proclaim it. Our summer teams go and serve a variety of communities worldwide. To be able to do this, they require first others to love, encourage and prepare them to step out. This is where you come in! Your life experiences, skillset and faith are invaluable to raising up godly youth. So if you desire to walk alongside young people as they face the challenges and joys, offering them godly counsel for their struggles and seeing them grow in maturity and learn to live victoriously in the Lord, then register today!
